The Challenge
Ridgeview Instruments, makers of the LigandTracer, needed to extend their instrument control software with modern remote monitoring capabilities. Researchers required the ability to track critical experiments from outside the lab, minimize manual interventions, and receive immediate alerts for experimental errors through an intuitive, cloud-connected dashboard.
Our Solution
We delivered a comprehensive remote monitoring solution through close collaboration with Ridgeview's R&D team. Our implementation included designing and developing a cloud-connected dashboard with real-time experiment visualization, replicating LigandTracer's signature curve-based data display for seamless user experience, implementing advanced plotting systems with zooming capabilities and data reduction algorithms, integrating secure access controls and intelligent notification systems for experiment tracking, and building a scalable backend architecture supporting data dispatch, session management, and multi-instrument connectivity.
